Begin with PD Essentials, a clear overview of Parkinson’s disease and the support available—ideal for those who are newly diagnosed, new to APDA, or looking for a helpful refresher.
Then join movement disorder neurologists Dr. Kimmy Su and Dr. Hannah Kelly for Ask the Expert, an interactive discussion where your questions help guide the conversation about living well with Parkinson’s.
PLUS! Join us at the conclusion of the morning program for an afternoon of joyous movement!

Mobility for Parkinson’s – Stretch, release tension, expand your breath, and have fun in a supportive community. This class uses developmental movement patterns, brain-body exercises, and balance and coordination activities designed to promote mobility, confidence, and overall well-being. Exercises can be done seated or standing, and no prior experience is needed. All abilities are welcome and class is for everyone, not just those with PD.
