APDA Iowa Chapter put together a packet of information to help people who have recently received a Parkinson’s diagnosis. This packet will help you answer some questions and gain a better understanding of PD.

PD Essentials is specifically for those who have been diagnosed with Parkinson’s in the past two years. This individual session lasts about an hour either in-person or on zoom. You will have time to ask any questions, address concerns and fears, and you will get connected to both local resources/services and other valuable links across the country.

PD Essentials is held the 2nd Tuesday of each month and will be in-person as well as virtual
