Parkinson’s Disease Exercise Classes in Iowa
APDA Iowa and community partners offer free exercise classes designed for people living with Parkinson’s disease. Regular exercise can help improve balance, strength, mobility, flexibility, and overall quality of life, and research suggests it may help slow symptom progression.
Thanks to generous donor support and grant funding, all classes are offered at no cost to people with Parkinson’s disease.
