Illinois Exercise Classes Join our CommunityIn the NewsResources & SupportWays To GiveEventsAbout APDA Missouri Illinois Exercise Classes APDA Missouri and community partners across the bi-state area offer a variety of exercise classes. Exercise is one of the most powerful tools available to people living with Parkinson’s. It can help improve balance, flexibility, strength and overall quality of life – and emerging research shows it might even help slow the progression of PD. Funding for the classes is provided by the APDA Missouri so they are free to people with Parkinsons. Contact the APDA or local YMCA for more information.
