Support Groups

Find a Parkinson’s Support Group in Georgia Near You

One of the most important goals of the APDA Georgia Chapter is to bring vital support groups to areas near you.  Being a part of a  support group is an important step in maintaining an active and positive lifestyle.  If you are in an area that does not have a support group, contact us and we will help you get the support you need.

Speaker’s Bureau –  We value the educational information provided by professional organizations and we want to be sure that support group facilitators and participants are getting the most current information in a timely manner.  At the same time, the focus of these meetings is for the well-being of the participants.

We ask that professional organizations wishing to present to support groups, please contact The APDA Georgia Chapter, so that we may facilitate an introduction to the group leaders. Please contact the American Parkinson Disease Association Georgia Chapter for information.  Phone: 404-325-2020  Email: apdaga@apdaparkinson.org.
