Volunteering as an individual or as part of a group can be a powerful experience. Although donations are always needed, we also can’t do what we do without the support from volunteers. From assisting with putting together educational packets, assisting at our events like the Optimism Walk, or becoming a support group facilitator to a committee member, many hands make light work!
