2026 Annual Parkinson’s Disease Symposium
Join us April 27 & 28, 11:00AM – 3:00PM
This symposium is for patients, caregivers, health care providers,
and community partners.
We invite you to join us as we discuss:
- Parkinson’s disease and parkinsonian syndromes
- Treatment and surgical options
- Advances in care and research
- Developing a more in-depth understanding of the disease and howto
- manage various motor symptoms and non-motor symptoms

Personas con Parkinson y sus Familias
La Asociación de Enfermedad de Parkinson ofrecerá una
actividad gratuita en español para compartir, aprender y fortalecer la comunidad mientras se disfruta de dominó, bingo y una cena. Este evento contará con la participación de la Dra. Hiral Shah, neuróloga y especialista en trastornos del movimiento en el Instituto Neurológico
del Columbia University Irving Medical Center, quien compartirá información valiosa, responderá preguntas y fomentará un espacio de
diálogo y apoyo.
Durante la actividad, los participantes podrán:
– Aprender más sobre la enfermedad de Parkinson
– Intercambiar experiencias y recursos
– Conectarse con otras personas que comparten esta trayectoria
– Disfrutar de un momento ameno en comunidad
Esta actividad en español está abierta a toda la comunidad, así como a cualquier adulto que haya sido diagnosticado con la enfermedad de
Parkinson (EP), y a sus cuidadores y familiares adultos.
