education and support program for
those diagnosed with Parkinson’s
disease (PD) in the last five years
and their care partners.

The Pennsylvania American Parkinson Disease Association Information and Referral Center is located in Hershey, PA and funds the APDA Center for Advanced Parkinson Disease Research at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.
