Participants are encouraged to socialize while engaging in the art activities, which also helps strengthen fine motor movements. This program is designed for people with PD and their care partners.

PRESS is an eight-week education and support program designed for individuals diagnosed with PD within the last five years and their care partners. It is facilitated by a credentialed mental health professional and conducted in a support group format. The program aims to empower attendees and foster optimism by providing education, emotional support, and a comfortable space to share coping strategies.
