PRESS is an eight-week education and support program designed for individuals diagnosed with PD within the last five years and their care partners. It is facilitated by a credentialed mental health professional and conducted in a support group format. The program aims to empower attendees and foster optimism by providing education, emotional support, and a comfortable space to share coping strategies.

Connecting Through Art is a supportive, creative program designed for individuals impacted by Parkinson’s disease. This class offers a welcoming space to explore creativity, self-expression, and social connection through guided art activities—no prior art experience is needed. Participants are encouraged to engage at their own pace while building community and confidence in a relaxed environment.
PRESS (Parkinson’s Roadmap for Education and Support Services) – St. Cloud
Tuesdays, April 14 – June 2
Join us for a free 8-week program designed for people diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease within the last five years.
This unique program combines education about living well with Parkinson’s disease with supportive group discussion and connection. Care partners and adult family members are encouraged to attend alongside the person with Parkinson’s disease.
Minnesota Optimism Walk for Parkinson’s

Join us for the APDA Optimism Walk! Walkers will come together nationwide in 2026 to step forward in support of all people affected by Parkinson’s disease. Your fundraising dollars at the Minnesota Optimism Walk for Parkinson’s will go directly to the local community to expand programs and services that help more people with Parkinson’s disease live life to the fullest, and to fund cutting-edge research to find better treatments and ultimately a cure.
