Minnesota Exercise Programs

Stay Active, Strong and Connected

The American Parkinson Disease Association (APDA) Minnesota Chapter partners with locations throughout Minnesota to bring high-quality Parkinson’s exercise programs closer to your community. These classes are grant funded by APDA Minnesota.
