APDA Strictly Social

Living with Parkinson’s disease doesn’t mean you have to do it alone. The American Parkinson Disease Association (APDA) invites you to join Strictly Social — a series of welcoming social events for people with Parkinson’s disease (PD) and their care partners, family members, and friends.

Whether you’ve been recently diagnosed or living with PD for years, our social programs offer a fun, relaxed way to meet others in the Parkinson’s community, share stories, and create joyful moments together.

Why Join APDA Strictly Social?

  • You’ll meet others who understand the ups and downs of life with PD
  • Build real connections in a low-pressure, social atmosphere
  • Enjoy time out filled with laughter, encouragement, and camaraderie

From fun socials to coffee meetups and seasonal celebrations, there’s something for everyone. These events are designed to bring people together, build community, and support living well with Parkinson’s — one good time at a time.

Who Can Attend?

All individuals with Parkinson’s disease, their care partners, families, and friends are welcome. Events are free and held in an accessible, friendly location. Have questions? Reach out to us today and take your first step toward connection and community. Give us a call at (708) 329-9527.
