Chris Daigre, owner of danceDaigre is offering a joyful, inclusive, opportunity to move.
“Dance has been my cornerstone since being diagnosed with Parkinson’s”

Learn movements that support postural stability, increased range of motion and fluency. Move to the music of Motown and more. The class starts in a chair and progresses to standing. You can also stay seated the whole time if you desire.
