Optimism Walk – Suffolk

Saturday, September 20

Walkers will come together nationwide in 2025 to step towards supporting all people affected by Parkinson’s disease. Your fundraising dollars at the Suffolk, VA walk will go directly toward the local community, expanding local programs and services to help more people with Parkinson’s disease live life to the fullest, as well as fund cutting-edge research to help find better treatments and ultimately, a cure. 

Mini Golf – Big Impact

Join us at Patterson Golf Park for a special mini golf fundraiser event to support APDA Virginia Chapter! You and your family can expect to play a fun 18-hole game (or two!) for a donation at an accessible mini golf park and have the opportunity to chat with APDA Virginia.

We will have prizes, information for our friends in the Parkinson’s community, and more! This event is open to anyone in the community and those impacted by Parkinson’s.  

Putting Out Parkinson’s Golf Tournament

Join us for a fun-filled day of inspiration, hope, and a great sense of community! Funds raised will enable APDA Virginia to continue providing information, education, and support to those impacted by PD and fund scientific research into the causes, prevention, treatments, and ultimately, the cure. Every dollar raised makes a significant difference.
