APDA and the University of Chicago are partnering to offer a virtual Education and Enrichment Group for people with Parkinson’s disease. This program combines education, exercise, and enrichment, featuring activities like Rock Steady Boxing, tai chi, dance, yoga, and sessions with therapy and nutrition experts, as well as art and music therapy.
