KIM BEUERMAN, M.A., B.C.C.
Kim Beuerman is a Nationally Board-Certified Spiritual Care Provider and Staff Chaplain for UnityPoint Health Meriter Hospital, Madison, WI. Founder of Sagesse Advocacy, she works with people affected by life-limiting illness and specializes in Parkinson’s disease (PD), dementia, and other progressive disorders. Kim’s approach helps people with PD and their care partners to strengthen their spirituality, which in turn can lessen mood-related symptoms such as depression, apathy, and anxiety.
As a trained palliative care specialist, her expertise allows her to offer an informed and compassionate approach to those she serves. Kim’s comprehensive training in advance care planning, legacy therapy, and interdisciplinary palliative care enables her to provide guidance that is tailored to each individual’s unique needs and preferences.
