Artificial intelligence (AI) is rapidly reshaping healthcare, with growing implications for Parkinson’s disease research, diagnosis, treatment, and care. This conference will convene leaders across science, medicine, engineering, industry, and policy, informed by the unique expertise of the Parkinson’s community. Participants will explore how AI is currently being applied in the field and where it may have the greatest impact in the future.
Sessions will address topics including:
- AI for biomarker discovery, diagnosis, and screening
- AI for treatment discovery and therapeutic innovation
- AI-enabled clinical care and patient support tools
- Ethics, privacy, and governance
- Perspectives from people with Parkinson’s disease and care partners
- Emerging technologies and startup innovation
The meeting is designed to foster cross-disciplinary discussion, encourage collaboration, and help shape future directions for AI in Parkinson’s disease.
