Interested in Presenting Your Work? 

We invite early career researchers to submit an abstract to be considered for a lightning science presentation (up to 4 minutes) describing research, technologies, methods, applications, or perspectives related to artificial intelligence, digital health, data science, engineering, aging, and Parkinson’s disease. Abstracts will be selected for lightning science presentations by the conference planning committee.

Topics may include, but are not limited to: 

  • Biomarker discovery, diagnosis, and screening 
  • Treatment discovery and therapeutic innovation 
  • Clinical care and implementation 
  • Digital health and remote monitoring 
  • Data science and machine learning 
  • Ethics, privacy, and governance 
  • Patient-centered technologies 
  • Entrepreneurship and innovation 

APDA is committed to supporting the next generation of researchers and innovators working at the intersection of artificial intelligence, aging, and Parkinson’s disease. All selected presenters will receive a Rising Star Award ($500 each) to recognize their scientific contributions and support their career development and travel expenses.

Please note that submission of an abstract does not constitute conference registration. All presenters must separately register for the conference.
