As a key member of the senior leadership team, Garraud is responsible for financial accounting, planning and analysis, human resources administration, and more, to ensure operational excellence and sustainable alignment with APDA’s mission and long-term goals.
Garraud comes to APDA with more than 20 years of mission-driven experience. He brings expertise in financial management, real estate strategy, regulatory compliance, and HR operations. Garraud has held leadership roles at several community-based organizations, including several years managing family transitional housing in NYC. Garraud started his professional career as a Commercial Loan Officer in North Carolina and then transitioned to a career in international development — a transition that took him to West Africa where he worked several years for the U.S. Department of State.
