Sydney Marshman is the founder and occupational therapist with Happy at Home Consulting based in Des Moines, Iowa. Happy at Home Consulting provides therapy at home to older adults with her team of physical, occupational and speech therapists. In addition to traditional rehabilitative services, Sydney continues to increase access to home assessments throughout the state. Happy at Home Consulting presently provides the evidenced-based programs HARP through collaborations with community partners. She works alongside builders and interior designers to craft beautiful, functional spaces. Sydney is the President of the Iowa Occupational Therapy Association and advocates for accessible housing
