MONIKA LUKASIEWICZ, OTR/L
Monika Lukasiewicz, OTR/L, an aging specialist, offers potent coaching for realistic change across individual, family, and community levels. Inspired by over 15 years as an occupational therapist, her work emphasizes resilient aging. Her approach integrates the COPE Program (Care of Older People in their Environment), mentor relationships, the Stages of Change Model, creativity, nature’s cycles, and Brain Health Pillars. She believes aging, especially with neurological conditions including forms of dementia, provides opportunities for resilience, deeper connections, and adaptive routines. Monika leverages her expertise to co-create often overlooked, practical solutions for embracing meaningful engagement with life’s evolving stages.
