Community Grant Program Join our CommunityGrants for Parkinson’s Community ProgrammingThe American Parkinson Disease Association Massachusetts Chapter funds a variety of community programs that are making a difference in the lives of those living with Parkinson Disease. Our program’s goal is to increase the access to and affordability of Wellness programs, Support Groups and Educational initiatives for people with Parkinson Disease within Massachusetts. These programs may be created by either organizations or individuals.
