Sheila L Moore, LCSW, MSG

Sheila Moore is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and has worked in the field of Aging since 1988. She participates on the multidisciplinary team providing psychosocial services in a patient-centered environment at Pacific Neuroscience Institute part of Providence St. John’s Medical Center in Santa Monica. Sheila participates in program development, clinician practice, and community services. Sheila provides support and education to patients and their families with a specialty in Care Partner support. In addition, Sheila is the Information and Referral Coordinator for the American Parkinson Disease Association (APDA) in collaboration with the Pacific Movement Disorders Center.

Maureen Feldman, MA

Maureen Feldman is a nationally recognized consultant, strategic advisor, content creator, and podcast host specializing in social connection, family caregiver support, and healthy aging. She works with organizations including The University of Southern California, Dignity Health, and the American Parkinson’s Association to design and implement strategies that reduce social isolation and strengthen support for family caregivers and older adults. Maureen is also the founder of the Los Angeles Social Isolation Impact Coalition, a multi-sector network that advances community-based solutions to loneliness and disconnection. She produces and hosts a podcast for USC’s Center for Advancing Family Caregiver and Financial Workplace Security, focused on the financial challenges and solutions related to family caregiving, translating research and best practices into actionable strategies. A sought-after presenter and collaborator, Maureen brings practical, innovative approaches to improving social engagement, resilience, and wellbeing among older adults, family caregivers and the communities that serve them.
