Robin Kornhaber, MSW
Robin Kornhaber is Vice President of Programs and Services at APDA. Prior to joining APDA she was the Senior Vice President, Development at the American Legacy Foundation for 6 years where she implemented the first fundraising efforts for this national foundation. She effectively engaged major donors and cultivated an entrepreneurial approach to navigate the philanthropic marketplace. Previous to her work at Legacy, she was the Senior Vice President for Patient Services at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Over a 13 year period she directed the creative strategy and oversaw the development of all financial and human resources dedicated to the national implementation of services for patients in 68 national chapters. In addition, she created a donor development strategy for early patient/family connections resulting in significant growth in donor giving. Robin also served for 7 years as the Director of Services and Volunteer Development at the NYC Chapter of the Multiple Sclerosis Society. She has provided consultant services on development and strategic planning to the Fund for Public Health in NY and the Global Institute of Public Health at NYU.
Ms. Kornhaber holds a Masters of Social Work degree from the University of Pittsburgh School Of Social Work.
